DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
Dr. Hunsaker is currently in network with MT Health Co-Op, and Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance. If you do not have one of these insurances, Dr. Hunsaker would be an out of network provider at this time. Being an out of network provider means the full cost of the service is due at the time of service. Dr. Hunsaker will give you a detailed receipt of services for submission to your insurance for possible reimbursement. If you are interested you can be set up on Thrizer which is a company that will process that out of network claim for you. You will pay your out of network amount to Dr. Hunsaker through Thrizer.

HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION TAKE?
The therapy initial intake can range from 60-90 minutes. Follow up therapy appointments range from 30-60 minutes depending on the treatment plan. For pre-surgical assessments the initial appointment is from 1 1/2-2 hours on average. General psychological assessment times are dependent on person. Health Coaching sessions are 30 minutes.
HOW MUCH DOES THE PAIN COACHING PROGRAM COST?
The Persistent Pain Coaching Program consists of online screening and recommendations, a pain education class and 4 individual sessions with our Pain Reprocessing Therapy certified Health Coaches. The cost of the program is $300. Further health coaching sessions are $50 and can be added on as needed. This cost can't be billed to insurance and is out of pocket.
